We all want to love what we see when we look in the mirror. When we like what we see, it boosts our confidence, and we head into our day with a sense of power & purpose. It is the best feeling. Using the right products can help you get great skin, but it is only one piece of the puzzle. If we fuel our bodies with the right foods, we boost our skin from the inside out. And the results we see from our products can be exponentially greater and faster. Hello to aging in reverse from the inside out! Want that youthful glow? Add these 5 foods for younger looking skin.

#1 Kale

This dark, green leafy vegetable contains key vitamins C & K. These vitamins help strengthen the blood vessels. With strong blood vessels you can have reduced appearance of those dark circles under your eyes.

#2 – Blueberries

These tiny berries are a powerhouse of goodness for your skin. Blueberries contain Vitamin and naturally occurring retinoids (related to vitamin A) and antioxidants. All of these can reduce breakouts, protect from damage caused by the sun and even encourage collagen production.
